I recently got a huge nail in my tire and I didn’t wait I called Nate! Nate and his team were amazing. I was stranded in Tempe and they came out within 30 minutes patched my tire and I was back on the road. Shout out to Hunter for saving us

I was very happy with the service I received. I got a flat tire about 50 yards away from my work and was able to get my car to my parking lot. Upon inspection I decided to get my other front tire replaced as well. The woman on the phone was great. Due to my job i had unique instructions to get to my vehicle. The call taker and technician did a perfect job at recording and preforming the instructions needed to access my vehicle. Customer service was for sure 10/10. I got 2 new front tires of good quality both installed for about $450. I have zero complaints and would not ask them to change anything. The call taker was a very friendly lady.

Nail in my tire and no idea when I was going to get it fixed as a busy HVAC company. LugWrench to the rescue! I reached out to LugWrench Heroes to repair a flat tire on my executive's car. Their response time was quick and super professional. They scheduled the car for service same-day and were able to provide me with pricing in the event the tire could be repaired or would need to be replaced. Their price for repair was less than I would have expected and their replacement cost was reasonable based on MSRP of the tire. Ultimately, I found out the tires were under warranty so I proceeded with the dealership. I felt compelled to leave a review nonetheless because of their high degree of professionalism, quick response, and ease of scheduling. As an executive assistant, I find myself scrambling to take care of unexpected emergencies and will definitely hang onto their information for future needs.

Great service from this company. My battery died unexpectedly and after calling Lugwrench Heroes they sent Angel to change the battery. He arrived quickly and changed the battery out in no time . Very satisfied.
